3. Caller Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Not misuse, abuse, or interfere with the Service
Not submit false, misleading, or harmful messages

4. Message Requests

When you request that a message be delivered to a company:

You authorize Travel Line INC to transmit the message on your behalf
You understand the message will be shared with the selected company
You acknowledge that Travel Line INC is not responsible for how the company responds or acts

Do not include sensitive, confidential, or personal information in any message request.

5. Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes. Where required by law, callers will be notified.

6. Fees and Charges

Standard telephone carrier charges may apply when calling the Service. Travel Line INC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your phone provider.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and service features related to Travel Line INC are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
